Request Press Passes

We look forward to welcoming members of the media to the County Show. Please complete the forms below carefully, depending on whether you would like to come to Press Preview Day on Wednesday 20th May and / or any of the Show days on 21st to 23rd May.

Car parking. Car parking is free of charge at the Show and so no special pass is required for your vehicle, nor is forward parking available. However, if you have a particular reason to need special access e.g. you have heavy photographic equipment or you have a disability, a limited number of special passes are available. Please apply as soon as possible direct to the Show Secretary (secretary@dcshow.org ) for a special parking permit.

Press Preview Day Wednesday 20th May. The day begins with coffee at 10.15 a.m. at the Press Centre (see Show map). A Press Briefing will be followed by a Press Conference when the Show Secretary will be available to answer questions. Then there will be a tour of the Showground with a specially convened series of photo opportunities followed by lunch. N.B. For Press Preview Day, just park in Green Car Park and walk in. On this day only, no Show passes are required although you may be asked to show your press accreditation. Numbers at lunch will be limited and must be pre-booked using the form below.
