If you would like to apply for a trade stand at the 2012 Devon County Show, please complete and return the forms available on the right hand side as soon as possible.

It is important that you send us a photograph of your trade stand exhibit and a brochure describing the products to be exhibited.

When the completed forms are received, you will be added to the waiting list. Please be aware we are unable to promise trade stand sites to all applicants. If and when a suitable site location becomes available we will send you a Showground plan indicating the position together with a Trade Stand Application Pack to book your site.

Public Catering

Applications for public catering concessions are now closed.

It is best to contact the Show in July or August to have your details added to our database. The application forms are sent out in September and the deadline is the beginning of November. Caterers need to apply to the Show EVERY year to remain on the database. This is due to the sheer number of caterers applying annually for a limited number of spaces.
