Visitor information
Opening Times: The Show begins with Showing classes from 7.00am each day. Tradestands and Features open from 9.00am to 6.30pm. Credit card payment facilities are available at Brown, Green, White and Yellow Entrances.
Parking: Car parking is free. Shuttle buses operate from the overflow car parks to Show entrances.
Bandstand: For those who like listening to live music while relaxing in the picnic area the Bandstand is situated opposite the Lady Clinton Ring and the BBC exhibit.
Cash Facilities: An on-site cash facility is provided by Thomas Cook Mobile Bank and will be sited on Ave K alongside the Works Office.
Dogs: Unless you are exhibiting in the Dog Show, please leave your dogs at home. If it is essential to bring your dog to the Show it must be on a fixed lead (non-retractable) the whole time and there will be restricted access to certain areas. Assistance dogs are exempt from restricted areas. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DOG(S) IN YOUR VEHICLE!! YOU WILL BE LIABLE TO PROSECUTION!!
Ecumenical Act of Worship: A daily service will be held at 9.00am on the Churches of Devon Stand (Ave L)
First Aid & Emergency Services: Medi-West will be responsible for first aid cover. The First Aid Centre is sited alongside the Westpoint Hall/ Ivington Restaurant, opposite the pigs feature.
Facilities for People with Disabilities: Forward parking is available, please contact the Show office on 01392 353753 for more information before the 9th May. Wheelchairs and electric scooters are available at the Show, but please book in advance with Exeter Community Transport on 01392 494001 (am only). Most roads and avenues throughout the Showground are tarmacked.
Telephones: A pay phone can be located in the foyer of the Exhibition Hall.
Toilets: Public toilets are situated throughout the Showground and in the Exhibition Hall. Facilities are marked on the 'You Are Here' plans sited across the Showground.
